Updating password

• Your password must be 8 to 16 characters long.
• Available characters are:
• Digits: 0 - 9
• Upper case letters: A - Z
• lower case letters: a - z
• Punctuations: ! # $ % & ' ( ) * + - . / : ; < = > ? @ [ \ ] ^ _ ` { | } ~
• New password must contain characters from a-z or A-Z.
• New password must contain at least one digit or one punctuation.
• No blanks are allowed.

For "Account" field, in addition to 13-digit number printed on the backside of your ID card, you can use account name in either "s" + (lower 7-digit of student ID) (for students) or familyname.givenname.xx (for staff).
