What is Unified Authentication?
- In the University of Tsukuba, passwords for some major computer systems
are managed in a unified manner. You can log in into the systems with
the same password. We call this alliance framework "Unified Authentication".
- With Unified Authentication, you can modify your unified
password or view your registered information on this site.
Please follow the link on the top page.
- A list of the systems using Unified Authentication can be reached
from the top page, following the link "Systems Using Unified Authentication".
Note that TWINS is not currently using
Unified Authentication. TWINS password is managed separately
from the Unified Authentication password.
Therefore, TWINS password will not be changed if you change your Unified
Authentication password.
-
Unified Authentication passwords are registered for undergraduate
students (including former students of University of Library and
Information Science), graduate students (including former students of
University of Library and Information Science), and full time staff
(as of April, 2006).
- For receiving the initial password or reissuing of a password,
please follow the "What's new" link on the
top page
- In addition to students and full time staff,
system-local IDs and passwords may be registered on the Unified
Authentication System. Requirements for membership varies
by system. Please contact
the staff of each system for details.
- You can change your password on this site.
Please enter your Unified Authentication ID (13 digit numbers), which
appears on your student ID card or staff ID card,
under the barcode.
